Quick service but I didn't really like the food... they need better menu... They do have good selection of beverages and shakes...

Horrible service, app did not work , person taking order kept cutting me off when I tried to order. Don't go not worth the time. I rather stay home and make it at home. If they can't even follow the simple order for people, I can't imagine if they can even follow sanitizing process to safe guard their customers.

Fun place to stop. Food is better than most fast food places. Shakes and slushes are great. Service has been good. The only complaint is they recently removed pineapple as a slush flavor and got rid of Jolly Rancher candies as a topping. I realize this is a corporate decision but its a bummer

Good food, fast, but atrocious choice of music. They played "firefly's" for god sake. Burgers are actually very good, sort of like a mix between Wendy's and Five Guys burgers.

If I could rate it zero I would. I had to order twice cause I went through drive thru. It was 10pm. I had to tell them what I wanted repeatedly, then they gave me the wrong size of everything and the wrong items. Then the lady proceeded to tell me through speaker why didn’t I check my receipt before I paid.( they have you pay before getting receipt and food) and the 2nd time I ordered they still got it wrong. The old gentleman was rude as well as whoever the lady was through speaker.

Parked at the spot sat there for 15 mins no answer. Decided then to go to the drive thru and the man taking the order was extremely rude. I heard him sigh loud then when we ordered a slush he yelled be more specific and was rushing us! Not cool. Food was alright but def not worth the $40 I spent on 4 meals smh

The food is good for a drive through style fast food restaurant However the service is a hit and miss. When they are not busy the service is pretty decent. When they are busy the staff is chaotic and disjointed.

THE WORST Customer Service. I’ve visited this sonic before with no issues, but my most recent experience was the worst.I ordered a sonic blast, and they automatically rang me up for a medium without asking what size I wanted. Besides the cashier being terribly rude, I physically watched the girl make the sonic blast and throw about a half teaspoon of Oreo topping on the top. When I brought it to the cashiers attention he said he that he would have to process an additional charge for extra topping when it clearly just wasn’t done right. He made the charge seem like it would be a hassle which I didn’t mind, just wanted it done correctly. To sum it up: Messy service, rude people. Picture of a seven dollar “Sonic Blast”

Decent late night stop. Hot food is just okay. Chicken tender sandwich is my personal favorite for hot foods. Ice cream is on the nore expensive side, but shakes are pretty good. You pay for convenience. Car stalls are cool but usually arent open too late.

When ordering “Holly” the person taking our order in the drive thru kept cutting us off when we asked a simple question she answered us extremely rude and in a very condescending manner. All we asked was what flavor ice cream does sonic carry because we could no see it in the menu. She proceeds with “ well since I’ve started working here we have only served vanilla so yea” then right after not even giving us time to respond she says “ well did u not answer your question or what”. Very rude unprofessional and we won’t be coming back to this sonic. We just wanted our kids to have a little midnight treat tonight As we usually do . But won’t be coming back and spending our money where we were treated very poorly.

I drove 25 minutes because my daughter wanted Sonic for her birthday. We get here only to have the rudest customer service ever. The lady kept cutting us off, got upset when we changed a money from American to Chili (we were still in the middle of ordering by the way), then had the audacity to have an attitude when my husband spoke the next item in the order but she failed to keep up with the order. I will not be coming back here. If you have a bad attitude about what you so for a living, simply get another job. Don't ruin my day because you suck.

I ordered a large number three, a SuperSonic Bacon Double Cheeseburger and got fries instead of tots. The burger was delicious and the fries were hot and fresh. Not a lot of places you get fresh hot fries. I was also happy that they had the blue Powerade drink and very large drink portions. The food came out relatively fast and hot. It’s far away from me but I will have to traverse back again sometime for more food and shakes.

Terrible! The customer service was awful. The person taking our order was very rude. The burgers were hard. My daughter said that they taste like sponges. After dealing with the terrible employee, we decided not to complain about our food. We took a $40 loss😫

This is the worst location ever. We went inside and stood waiting to order for over 5 min and not one person acknowledged we were even there. While we were waiting we watched one of the workers ask a man what he order and tell him to hold on. The worker proceeded to go outside and get a drink and bag of food from a customer that was in their car and bring it in to the man and ask him if that was what he ordered and if it was hot. She literally served him food that was out of their control and in another customers car! Disgusting. We left without even ordering because the service was ridiculously horrible and the place is ran very hectic without any order.

If it’s past 10pm on ANY given night, then don’t even bother trying to use the car side service. MAYBE you might get some service from the staff if you go into the restaurant, but I certainly wouldn’t count on it. This is the third time in a row that I’ve waited 20 minutes here, only to realize that no one will help the customers, and then I have to just drive away. Honestly, any other fast food chain is so much more put together than this chaotic mess of a dump that they are trying to pass off as an eating establishment. I don’t know why, maybe it’s for convenience, but I’ve tried to get food here 4 times in the past 2 years, and haven’t even been able to, so honestly at this point I advise every sensible person on route one to just drive right by, it would be faster to cook yourself a full thanksgiving dinner at home rather than eating at sonic. Thanks for advertising cool snacks and food sonic, but honestly if you can’t operate a business than don’t hang an open sign in the door.

I order a Limeade slush. I got a slush with a water texture color with 2 limes inside the cup. I wasn't happy with it, so I ask for a mango slush. Once again, I was giving a water texture slush with a squirt or two of mango syrup. I was not happy. Management was very unprofessional, rude, dismissive, and refuse to refund me my money. I will never go to that location again. Peabody Mass Location sucks. Date, February 1, 2020.

Was my first time at this Sonic and I loved the experience. I ordered ahead and only waited a few minutes for my food. Food is great and their prices are reasonable. Their Drive In concept is very unique.

So true... It's just annoying, happens more often than not... This time I caught it before I got on the highway... I hate melted cheese...

Sometimes that's happens but we need to understand that they are busy too and the have other orders before and sometimes they are big orders.

I think you may have just had a bad experience. I've never had an issue with bad food or service there and I go all the time. I couldn't give you an answer other than that. I'm sorry your experience sucked so bad though!!!
